Hey Bang! For Your Bucket crew,
First, thank you for sticking with me and my creative whirlwind, whether you’ve been following my VFX experiments, my music drops, or the ever-evolving MoodCore app. Your clicks, comments, and kind words fuel every pixel, paragraph, and power chord I put out into the world.
Where the Portfolio Stands
VFX & Film: I’ve wrapped pre‑vis on two new short sequences that showcase some spicy particle magic. They’re in the final comp stage now, so expect a side‑by‑side breakdown reel landing late June.
Writing: My next novella is through its messy middle. A polished excerpt will hit the site as soon as my editor gives the green light.
Music: Three fresh tracks are mixed, mastered, and marinating in my hard drive. I’m timing the release to sync with the VFX drops so you can get the full audio‑visual blast.
Game Dev: The prototype level for my retro shooter is playable (and surprisingly bug‑free!). A public demo is penciled in for mid‑July once I refine the enemy AI.
In short: a LOT is cooking, and I can’t wait to serve it up.
A Brief Health Detour
Life threw me a curveball recently; I came down with a stubborn illness that benched me for a couple of weeks. While it slowed my posting cadence, it also reminded me to practice what I preach about mental health and sustainable creativity. I’m back on my feet now, pacing myself, and grateful for the forced pause.
What’s Next?
Portfolio Refresh: New projects will roll out gradually over the next 4–6 weeks. Keep an eye on the Projects page.
Behind‑the‑Scenes Blog Series: I’m planning a mini‑series on how I blend VFX, music, and gameplay into cohesive storytelling (expect practical tips and a few bloopers!).
Community Q&A: Once the dust settles, I’ll host a live stream to answer your questions and showcase some WIP shots.
Thank You
Your support lets me chase big ideas, stumble, learn, and share the journey. Thanks for the patience while I hit the reset button, and for cheering me on as I step back into the studio.
Stay creative, stay curious, and as always: aim for the bucket and make it bang!
